What are the system requirements for CandidatePlus?
CandidatePlus is a browser based product, which in this case means it runs on any bulk standard Windows PC with Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office and a broadband connection. No need for disks, so no installing, no downloading, no waiting, just login and your away.
Wont i need an expensive server?
No. CandidatePlus is purely web based and therefore you access your data through your broadband connection. This means no expensive hardware requirements, no need for expensive technical onsite visits and less hassle.
How Secure is my data?
Very secure. Each of our clients data is held in its own individual database not just records in some huge all purpose database as some of our competitors do. Your data is replicated real time to one of our inhouse failover servers and is also backed up nightly to another offsite failover server. This allows us to provide a fast and effective disaster recovery service in emergencies. You can also request a monthly backup of your data in excel format for your own piece of mind.
Where can i access CandidatePlus from?
Anywhere you have internet access. Candidateplus can be access from any Windows PC that has IE and access to the internet, so you could be at home, in an airport, hotel, train station, internet cafe and of course the office anywhere in the world.
Can Candidateplus be used in a multi site/multi user environment?
Again anywhere you have internet access. So you can have as many offices and and consultants as you wish, where ever you want them.
Where can i access CandidatePlus from?

How quickly after receiving an order can the system be available?
Access Account customers can generally be set up within 24 hours on a normal business day. Dedicated Account customer set up takes a bit longer but installation/set up can normally be achieved within 5 working days.
