Candidateplus is built around three main sections - Clients, Vacancies and Candidates. In support of these are Diary and Auto Mailer features.
Using Web Browser technology to deliver the information to the screen, the user can navigate around the various modules using standard hyperlinks and menu selections. All modules are interlinked and information about a particular vacancy can be viewed from within all module views.
Advanced searching features are available as standard for those users with a strict criteria to meet in the selection of candidates, or simple free text search can be used to obtain a quick shortlist of candidates that meet broader requirements.
Searching is available to find a vacancy to candidate match or candidate to vacancy. Speculative and ad hoc searching is also provided.
